Tour/Office Manager
The Sunshine Travel Club is seeking an experienced Tour Organizer to join our esteemed team. With over six decades of tradition in crafting memorable motor coach tours across North America and Europe, this role is pivotal in expanding our horizons to include Canada, the USA, and Europe.
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the travel industry, with a minimum of three years of experience and a minimum of a high school diploma. Key responsibilities include a passion for travel, meticulous planning and an ability to create customized travel itineraries, managing daily office operations, and reporting directly to the President of the Board of Directors. A deep understanding of the travel sector, exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities:
-Create and present customized travel itineraries & packages.
-Book flights, hotels, tours, attractions and other travel services.
-Provide customers with latest travel regulations.
-Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
-Stay up to date with industry trends, destination information.
-Handle travel-related inquiries, changes and cancellations.
-Manage daily office operations.
