Job Description:
- Provide direct administrative and office management to the Board of Directors, General Manager and staff of the SRFN Limited Partnership
- Record meeting minutes for the Board of Directors on a monthly basis
- Manage and coordinate telephone calls, emails and other forms of communication within the office
- Maintain work schedule and calendars of staff and the General Manager
- Assist General Manager in various duties as it relates to the operations of the office
- Responsible for the quarterly newsletter
- Assist in the management of the properties
- Ensure filing systems are up to date and easily accessible
- Assist in the review of Policies and Procedures
- Social Media and Advertising

Required Skills:
- Experience in a similar position
- Must provide \"CPIC\"
- Must possess a class \"G\" driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Must be able to travel
- Must have skills and capacity to work with a team environment
- Customer service skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience working for an incorporated body and / or an Indigenous organization is advantageous
- College diploma and Business administration or other related field
- Must provide \"CPIC\"
- Must possess a class \"G\" driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Must be able to travel
- Must have skills and capacity to work with a team environment

Requirements:
35 hour work week
Pay rate/hour: $22 - $24.50
