Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Marketing Services for SooTonight to local businesses. Your primary focus will be to understand the needs of these businesses and offer advertising solutions that help them achieve their marketing goals. This position offers a competitive base rate plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients within the Sault Ste. Marie community.
Develop and maintain relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
Present and sell advertising solutions tailored to each client's needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertising packages and promotional materials.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Valid G2/G License & Own reliable transportation.
Strong understanding of the Sault Ste. Marie community and its business landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
