Customer Relations Specialist, Entry Level
Position Overview, Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Graduate from a Commerce, Business, Environmental or related program with work experience in customer service and sales. The individual will perform a number of operations related tasks and activities to assist the Operations Supervisor in developing, planning and coordinating responsibilities to meet business objectives. The individual will work out of their home office, supporting rural and remote communities across the province. We are looking for an outgoing and tech savvy individual and are willing to train and develop the right person to cover a variety of functions, including, but not limited to the following:
-Compliance related activities
-Monitoring and maintaining day to day operations
-Event planning, scheduling and coordination
-Field work in rural and remote Ontario, with travel at least 10% of time to our depots
-Systems work, including set up and maintenance of accounts and transactions, data entry, maintenance and reporting
-Sales and business development
-Promotional Activities representing our brand publicly
-Assisting the Operations Supervisor as needed in a variety of operations-related activities
You will require the use of a vehicle and maintain a valid Ontario Driver's license. You will also be required to work from your home office when not on the road for business purposes, as well as occasional visits to our Headquarters in Mississauga.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:
-Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a customer service/sales role
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to meet with and interact face to face with new and existing customers
-Willingness to promote the organizations objective, interact with potential clients and build a network of partners
-Entrepreneurial minded, self-motivated and tenacious in your desire for success
-Multi-tasking and accurate execution of tasks
-Demonstrated organizational skills, including time management
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Tech savvy: proficient with MSO suite including EXCEL.
-Work experience in an operations role, or with compliance and regulations is an asset
-English/French bilingual is a definite asset
