Job Description:
Are you passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment? We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team! This critical role serves as the main liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Wage based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage daily schedules for automotive technicians to maximize efficiency.
- Billing & Documentation: Prepare final bills, create and update customer profiles, process invoices, and handle insurance claims.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving parts and supplies.
- Administrative Oversight: Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly filed or distributed.
- Professional Standards: Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as needed to support shop operations.
