Position: Gaming Services Representative Starting
Range: $18.87 - $20.56 (Pending Education & Experience)
Location: 20 Syrette Lake Road, GRFN Bingo Entities
Start Date: ASAP

POSITION SUMMARY
The Gaming Services Representative (GSR) is responsible to maintain the bingo operations by selling any gaming related items to customers before and during the bingo sessions. GSR will also be responsible for the operating and maintaining of any gaming machines within the building. GSR will report to Gaming Floor Supervisor. Assisting the GSC with customer requirements, complaints, or suggestions. Ensuring the hall is clear of garbage and debris throughout the session. All GSR should have knowledge of all gaming information either prizes or games that would be played.
The GSR functions within legislative requirements, regulations, policies and procedures and the Mission, Beliefs and Vision of the Garden River First Nation, and contributes to the accomplishment of the strategic priorities.

DUTIES
- Responsible for working as a Seller:
Selling minis, twoonie and 4 ball until the end of the mini games. Selling specials and U Pic Em throughout the regular bingo session.
Responsible for counting and returning sales back to GSC either in card or cash format
Assisting the customers
- Main duties of the Runner:
Maintaining chat for live bingo and ensuring that all winners are acknowledged
Calling back card identification number to caller for verification of valid bingo card
Assisting the customers/players in a polite, courteous, and timely manner
- Main duties of the Bingo Caller:
Prepares and operating of bingo machine, boards and monitors daily
Inspecting and testing of bingo equipment prior to regular sessions
Having clear and concise voice while announcing bingo games and numbers for all customers
- Responsible for Promotion Assistant duties:
Selling all progressive tickets (gr balls, jackpot balls, digiballs and nevada) to customers
Assisting with all special events
- Maintenance of knowledge and compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations and all workplace health and safety policies, programs, and practices
- Performing other duties as may be required or assigned;

- G.E.D or Secondary Diploma preferred;
- Minimum one (1) year related work experience;
- Must have pleasant, courteous and professional personality to deliver quality customer service;
- Ability to work well in a team environment;
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and/or shift work;
- Ability to offer excellent customer service to clients
- Ability to be consistent and display a positive/helpful attitude
- Willingness to accept changes in work practices and machinery
- Must undergo a criminal record check prior to employment (At Applicant Expense)
