We currently are looking for a full-time Clinical Lead (2-year contract) supporting our Ontario Autism Program. The incumbent will act as a role model, mentor and leader for their team, and provide behaviour analytical services as well as clinical oversight for the OAP program. The Clinical Lead will work in partnership with the Professional Services Manager - Ontario Autism Program (PSM-OAP). The OAP team works directly with children/youth ages 0-18 with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) throughout the Algoma District (Northeastern Ontario). As an integral member of a dynamic team, you will:

Provide clinical/supervisory oversight to all areas of programming including the training/coaching/mentoring of ABA Therapists and placement students.
Partner with the PSM-OAP in the development, facilitation, and follow-up training in Applied Behavior Analysis for the OAP team.
Support in the development and identification of resources and support information for clients and their caregivers.
Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, to conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate, and to develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors

Required Skills:
Here is what we are looking for to join our team as a Clinical Lead - OAP:

Master's degree in a relevant and ABAI accredited program such as (Master's in Psychology, Master of Applied Disability Studies, Master of Educational Studies specializing in special education, Applied Behaviour Analysis)
Certification with the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board
Minimum of three (3) years' experience training and/or supervising others to provide behaviour analytics
Competency in delivery and oversight of Intensive Behaviour Intervention, as well as behaviour assessment and treatment for children and youth with ASD
Regarded with trust and respect through effective relationships with peers, other employees, management, caregivers, and other organizations.
Ability to instruct, coach and engage learners/audiences actively.
Ability to analyze and synthesize data
Possess strong communication, collaboration and independent skills.
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is required.
A valid Class G driver's license and personal transportation are required.
Willing to work flexible hours and to travel across the District of Algoma.
The ability to communicate in both official languages is an asset.
