About the Role
Join our team as an Entry-Level Service Technician in a hands-on role where you'll receive comprehensive training and development. Gain valuable skills working directly with customers and their technology in a dynamic, real-world environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Device Preparation and Staging: Pre-stage and prepare printers and multifunctional devices for customer sites.
- Service Calls: Respond to assigned service calls at customer locations, providing hands-on technical support.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on devices to ensure optimal functionality.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate technical issues to the Service Manager as needed.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive and effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or college courses in IT, Mechanical, or Electrical fields are a plus).
- A strong interest in technology and customer service; no previous experience required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and strong communication abilities.
