Wage: Wage will be negotiated, depending on experience
Hours/Week: Varies depending on work and weather
Schedule:Monday-Friday- 8:00am start

Job Description / Duties:
- Performing various types of welding (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) to join metal components, ensuring proper techniques are used for strength and quality.
-Preparing and adjusting welding machines and tools for specific tasks, including selecting appropriate welding materials.
-Regularly cleaning and maintaining welding tools and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
-Preparing and adjusting welding machines and tools for specific tasks, including selecting appropriate welding materials.
-Various cleaning duties in the shop and on job sites
-Adhering to safety standards and protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety regulations.
-Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the welding process.

Requirements:
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Experience with welding
- Welding tickets would be preferred
- Driver's license and reliable transportation, must be able to get out to Goulais River each morning
- Clean CPIC
