Job Title: Mitigation Technician/ General Laborer
Wage: $16.00-$19.00
Hours/Week: 40
Schedule:Monday to Friday 8-430 | some on call | potential for OT

Job Description / Duties:
-Water damage: water extraction, drying, minor demolition & pack out
-Trash removal
-Mold remediation
-Containment setup and take-down
-Contents listing, manipulation, and cleaning
-On call rotation for new emergency calls
-Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis
-Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
-Ability to work in confined spaces
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Valid driver's license
-Clean background check
-Fluent English
