Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Night Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or truss building. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a crew of 8-10 individuals during the night shift to ensure the smooth and efficient production of trusses and other manufacturing tasks. As a Night Supervisor, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the team while ensuring that production goals are met safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and lead a team of 8-10 employees during the night shift (4:30 PM - 2:30 AM).
-Oversee the manufacturing and truss-building processes to ensure production targets are met.
-Ensure a safe and productive work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
-Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff members to improve their skills and performance.
-Troubleshoot any issues that arise on the night shift and resolve them efficiently.
-Monitor and manage employee performance, including conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.
-Ensure quality control standards are met, and materials are used efficiently.
Handle any administrative tasks related to staffing, production reporting, and scheduling-.
