Position: Loader Operator
Employment Type: Full-time, Seasonal
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders, with a primary focus on loading and unloading materials such as trusses and various wood products. This is a full-time seasonal position with additional responsibilities in snow removal during the winter months.
Compensation & Benefits:
-Competitive hourly wage based on experience ($21-25 per hour DOE).
-Full-time, seasonal position with potential for future opportunities.
-Dynamic work environment with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Safely and efficiently operate loaders to load and unload trusses, wood products, and other materials.
-Ensure materials are properly stored and organized in the yard or warehouse.
-Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
-Assist with snow removal duties as needed
-Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
-Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
