Job Overview:
Competent in the skills and ability to provide basic and advanced nursing foot care, and diabetic nursing foot care services. Assessment, develop treatment plans, provide nail care, corn and callus reduction, diabetic health teaching, evaluated outcomes and follow up as required, book appointments, document, marketing and any other duties required, sterilizing and autoclaving tools used for care.
Duties will include:
- Providing foot care and helping clients with fittings and sizing; training will be provided
- Some clerical work
- Answering phones and booking patients
- Receiving stock and inventory
- Providing patient education
- Other duties as assigned
Wage: Negotiable
Hours: Monday - Friday, up to 37.5 hours per week

Required Skills:
Requirements:
- Licensed through the College of Nurses of Ontario to practice as an RPN or RN in Ontario, Certificate or working towards a certificate for Nursing Foot care, three to five years of experience preferred, but will provided some training if required
The ideal candidate:
- Must enjoy working with a wide variety of clients including older adults
- Knowledge of diabetes
- Must be willing to learn new skills
- Have experience customer service
- Have general office and computer skills
- Licensed through the College of Nurses of Ontario to practice as an RPN or RN in Ontario, Certificate or working towards a certificate for Nursing Foot care, three to five years of experience preferred, but will provided some training if required
