Pay Rate / Hour: $18 per hour
Haldimand Cooperative Housing Inc. is seeking to hire a permanent part-time maintenance handyman to maintain care of 60 townhouses plus a community center
- 12-16 hours per week (minimum)

Required Skills:
- Experience with general household maintenance, snow removal, yard maintenance, drywall repair, painting, cleaning etc. are needed.
- Must have proven experience working with small electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Must have driver's license
- Access to vehicle required
