Job Description:
Clean and prepare work sites.
Load and unload materials or equipment into work vehicles
Assist in the set up and take down traffic control as per Ontario Book 7, including the assistance with the placement, move and dismantling of road signs, traffic barrels or cones and flagging operations.
Maintain and clean equipment, conducting routine maintenance or minor repairs as required.
Perform housekeeping duties at hotel and yard.
Work safely and conform with all health and safety policies.
Perform other duties as required and as assigned.
Traveling across Ontario

Required Skills:
Ability to lift 50lbs
Mechanical inclination to understand, maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment.
Valid G Class driver's license
This position is outdoor roadway construction. Therefore, the ability to work in all weather conditions is a must
Working hours will exceed 8 hours per day.
Be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 30 kg.
Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors, and the public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
Must be able to work well in a team environment, have strong work ethic and a \"can-do\" attitude.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to travel extensively throughout Ontario
Out of town travel required *
High School Diploma or GED, Trade Certification, or equivalent relevant experience
