Marie and the Algoma District. AK Graphix offers in-house graphic design, photocopying, and printing services to help businesses make a lasting impression on their customers and clients.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
-Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
-Generate and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
-Aid in the preparation of payroll
-Utilize accounting software such as Sage to maintain financial records.
-Collaborate with management to provide insights on financial performance and areas for improvement.
-Maintain organized financial documents for easy access and audit purposes.

Monday to Friday with flexible hours

Required Skills:
-Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
-Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
-Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
-Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
-Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
