Outside Sales Specialist: Electrical - Process Instrumentation & Automation (SSM, ON.) Travel SSM and surrounding area up to Marathon

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven \"Team Player\" to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth in the designated territory (SSM, WAWA, DUBREUILVILLE, MARATHON, CHAPLEAU. This role requires an individual who has a passion for building lasting relationships with clients, a \"Problem Solver\" who can analyze market trends - understand and qualify our clients needs, budget and preferences.

Duties
-Identify and pursue new business development opportunities through networking and market analysis.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new accounts.
-Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
-Review industrial automation and process instrumentation applications with clients / consultants / suppliers in order to select - size the best product/solution for the application / budget.
-Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking sales activities, and reporting on progress.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
-Participate in product - application training
-Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
-Travel as necessary throughout Sault Ste. Marie, Wawa, Chapleau and Marathon region.

Job Type: Full-time

Required Skills:
-Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably related to Instrumentation - Automation - Electrical Distribution.
-Degree, diploma, field experience in industrial Instrumentation - Automation - Electrical Distribution
-Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
-Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing opportunities and customer relationships.
-Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Bilingual: English - French an asset)
-A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel within the territory.
