CLASSIFICATION: PHYSICIAN RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR
STATUS: REGULAR FULL TIME
DEPARTMENT:RECRUITMENT
RATE OF PAY: $55,795 - $61,306 PER ANNUM

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the President and C.E.O. of NSHN, the Physician Recruitment Coordinator is accountable for the administration and coordination of all physician recruitment and retention initiatives for primary care and hospital providers. Additionally, the PRC will support the North Shore Recruitment Committee and work collaboratively with the Executive Assistant and Medical Affairs Coordinator to credential locum physicians.

Required Skills:
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
- Post Secondary education in Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
- Valid class \"G\" license with clear driver's abstract
- Access to a reliable vehicle

ASSETS:
- Bilingual
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in an administration field
- Recent related experience in a healthcare setting

- Exceptional time-management skills
- Advanced computer competency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to maintain high level of performance while working independently
- Ability to effectively communicate with physicians, elected officials, government agents
- Ability to maintain confidentially at all times
- Ability to commit to flexible work schedule including weekend and evenings as required
- Ability to facilitate and coordinate events, activities and community assessment visits related to recruitment initiatives
- High Standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
