Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in both front and back of house positions. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a fast paced environment where everyday brings new challenges and opportunities to delight our customers with delicious Texas BBQ.
Front of House:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle transactions and operate cash registers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and drive-thru lanes
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Back of House:
- Prepare and cook barbecue meats and sides according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards
Front of House:

Required Skills:
Front of House:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Back of House:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
