REPORTS TO: General Manager
WAGE: $18.50 / hour plus gratuities
SUMMARY: The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service to guests in the restaurant and on the golf, course ensuring guest satisfaction.

Required Skills:
- Must be Smart Serve Certified (legal age to mix & serve alcoholic beverages).
- Ability to manage cash accurately and thoroughly.
- Ability to read a customer's body language to know when they are ready to order.
- Be friendly and have a positive attitude.
- Know how to handle tough situations.
- Previous Food and Beverage experience an asset.
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale system/operation an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Ability to make every customer feel more welcome at our course than anywhere else.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and/or shift work.
- Must be willing to provide a CPIC as condition of employment and be free of criminal record.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
