Required Skills:
- HVAC Technician
- Secondary School Diploma
- Valid driver's license
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and familiarity with most Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical specifications
- Ability to repair and maintain mechanical and/or electrical equipment
- Ability to assist tradesperson with duties as required
- Ability to perform physical aspect of the position efficiently
- Ability to work night shifts and weekend shifts
- Ability to work in all assigned areas
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety precautions
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to learn and acquire new skills
- Reliable and conscientious with great attention to detail
- Familiar with building maintenance techniques, equipment systems, fire and safety regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Secondary School Diploma

- G Gas Technician
- Previous Maintenance experience in a healthcare setting
- Bilingual
- College Diploma in an accredited Mechanical Program
- Technical or trade experience in one or more trades (i.e. Operating/Stationary Engineer, refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
- Excellent attendance record
