Superior Asphalt is looking for a Full Time Foreman/Crew Lead to join their team.

Anticipated start would be beginning of March for this role; however, the season won't begin until beginning of May. The new hire will train with the employer one on one regarding operations, procedures, etc. to prepare for the season early March.

Hours/Schedule: During training prior to season start 6-8 hours a day Mon-Fri,
40+ hours per week when season starts, must have full availability (weekends, nights shifts, weekdays, etc)

Wage: $24, increases on performance

Job duties:
-Can lead crew
-Take care of operations, assigning tasks and job duties
-Asphalt labourer tasks, line painting, operating skid teer, painting lines , crack filling
-Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment

-Must have a drivers license, G2 or G
-Must have mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair some equipment
-Previous experience in asphalt
-Previous experience as a crew lead an asset
