B. Skinner Coaching & Psychotherapy is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our team.

Pay rate/hour: Commensurate depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Completing client assessments and service planning
- Delivering individual, group, and/or family therapy programs using evidence based and best practice treatment models.
- Maintaining a client centered approach to client care including engagement in circle of care correspondence where necessary
- Maintaining client records including the timely input of progress notes, service reports, client contact and other information as required.
- Ensuring all aspects of confidentiality and data protection related to B. Skinner Coaching & Psychotherapy and its clients are maintained according to regulatory, PHIPA, and PIPEDA standards.
- Providing efficient and effective case management rooted in the best quality care for the client.
- Monitoring client progress/goals/plans and adjusting client service plans as needed.
- Participating in case consultation, training and/or supervision as requested by the Clinical Director.
- Other duties as required

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a social service, agency, clinic or private setting with a mandate of improving mental health.
- Active registration and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers(OCSWSSW).
- Knowledge of a wide range of therapeutic treatment modalities and ability to provide treatment to clients of all ages and demographics.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ongoing commitment to professional growth and development.
