About Us:
The North Shore Health Network provides rural healthcare for communities along the north shore of Lake Huron - including services in Blind River, Thessalon and Richards Landing. The North Shore Health Network sites have been serving their communities faithfully for many years providing emergency, acute, complex continuing care, long term care and community support services.

Required Skills:
Qualifications/Education, Mandatory
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario Registration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Current CPR
- Excellent Attendance
Preferred:
- Gerontological certification with the Canadian Nurses Association
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor team members
- Training in: Palliative Care, P.I.E.C.E.S., Gentle Persuasive Approach, U-First, Wound Care
- Excellent decision making skills and assessment skills
- Knowledge of Infection Control
- Able to work independently as well as with others
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario Registration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
