ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: We are looking for an experienced Shop Hand/Mechanic Helper to join our team, based out of Thessalon, ON. Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for:
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Responsible for keeping shop and equipment clean and operating
- Perform aspects of preventative maintenance on vehicles as trained
- Perform other mechanical repairs as directed by Shop Lead Hand
- Follow safety rules and regulations

Required Skills:
ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role
- Familiarity using various power and hand tools, such as hoists and grinders
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Forklift experience is an asset
