Job Description:
The North Shore Health Network Foundation is a registered charity that raises funds to support the North Shore Health Network (NSHN) sites in Blind River, Thessalon, and Richards Landing. The Foundation's fundraising efforts enable NSHN to replace ageing medical equipment, purchase innovative technology, and boost patient services.

The Foundation Administrator is responsible for several functions related to donations, the monthly 50/50 fundraiser, and committee and board meeting preparation.

The Administrator performs tasks that include, but not limited to, the following:
- Accepting and receipting donations
- Opening and closing the 50/50 draw each month
- Updating social media platforms such as Facebook and the Foundation website, particularly as they relate to the promotion of the 50/50 draw and other fundraising initiatives
- Preparing agendas and compiling information and reports for monthly committee and board meetings, and taking minutes for each session

The Foundation Administrator will report to the North Shore Health Network Foundation Board of Directors

Hours of Work:
Typically, but not limited to, 6 hours per day 5 days per week, for a total of 30 hours

Rate of Pay:
$20.00 per hour

Required Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Social media skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Keen understanding of the need for confidentiality, tact, discretion, empathy and diplomacy when dealing with donors
- Current driver's license and access to vehicle
