K4 Integration, a privately owned company headquartered in Sudbury Ontario is currently looking for a fulltime field service technician with eletro-mechanical training.
K4I Measurement Canada Certified team of technicians install, calibrate, maintain all types of weighing solutions (rail / truck / belt / portable / tank / floor / bench scales / laboratory balances / loading pocket / vessel and hopper). Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot - Test - Repair- Calibrate industrial weighing systems including complex load cell systems.
- Respond to emergency repair at customer site.
- Complete / maintain \"legal for trade certification as a Measurement Canada Accredited Technician.
- Comply with \"Measurement Canada\" legislative requirements.
- Work as part of a team - work independently responsible for the installation, maintenance, upgrade, calibration of weighing equipment vital to our client operations.
- Complete accurate service reports / submit daily work orders.
- Represent the company in a professional manor.
- Communicate clearly / effectively with clients and coworkers.
- Follow / comply with k4i, client and Ministry of labor work safe / health and safety rules.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment at all times.
- Master the skills required to be a great K4i field service technician

Compensation: Hourly wage dependent on skills and experience, benefits (dental/vision/prescription), pension plan, professional development program, clothing allowance.

- Experience with inspecting - troubleshooting - repairing - maintaining structural, mechanical, electrical systems.
- Measurement Canada Accreditation (willing to train).
- Strong working knowledge of industrial weighing equipment.
- Mechanical - Electrical training required (millwright/electrical/instrumentation).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail orientated and respectful of policies
- A willingness to learn / master your craft as a K4i field service technician
- Work well as part of a team under all types of condition
- Physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs
- Class DZ Drivers License with clean abstract (willing to train)
- Ability / willingness to travel throughout Northern Ontario and Quebec
- Bilingual an asset
