Job Description:
Rustie's J.F.B. Cafe is looking for highly organized individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join their kitchen team.
This position is part time and will lead to full time come spring.
The Line Cook's responsibility is to:
- Cook food and help the kitchen workers in the preparation of food items
- Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service
- Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately
- Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices
- Close the kitchen correctly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations
- Assist with all other duties as assigned
