Huron Pines Golf and Country Club has an excellent position open for a mechanically inclined individual who would like to advance their skill set. This is a demanding and rewarding job that requires an individual with self-discipline and a desire to achieve excellence in their work. Training will be provided on some of the essential tools for the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment.

Compensation: $22/hour

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Reporting to the course superintendent, the selected individual will be responsible for maintenance and record-keeping on the course's equipment and cart fleet.
- Sharpening of the course's mowing equipment and daily set up of machinery to produce the best possible conditions on what is widely seen as one of the best golf courses in the north.
- Coordinating downtime for equipment without disrupting mowing and course maintenance routines.
- Working with staff members to identify problems with equipment as they arise from time to time on the course.
- Knowledge of small engines is essential.
