Job Description - NIGHT CLEANER ASAP!

Position: Night Cleaner, grocery store
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Sault Ste. Marie, ON
Hours per week: 21+ (7 days a week)
Wages: Monthly contract
Working hours: After store closure and before store opening (Between 10pm - 7am daily)

General description: You will ensure the workplace is always clean and sanitary. Perform a range of duties, including dusting or mopping and sweeping floors. Make sure restrooms and common areas stay fresh by performing routine inspections every day at specified times.

Main duties: You will be responsible for operating a walk behind scrubber and burnisher (at scheduled times) on the grocery floors and aisle's. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the windows (equipment provided).

Skills required:
- Ability to work NIGHT SHIFTS and EARLY MORNINGS
- Attention to detail
- Ability to operate and walk behind a scrubbing/burnishing machine
- Some mechanical aptitude (changing scrubber pads)

Experience required:
- Prior floor cleaning experience a nice to have
- Prior experience working night shift a nice to have

Certifications required:
- WHMIS

The successful applicant will be fully trained before they start work.
