GL-MAN-05 (B2) - Permanent year-round position
$29.20 to $31.73 per hour (+ 6.5% Supervisory Differential and Isolated Post Allowance.)

DUTIES
Lead hand for the maintenance of front country grounds, trails, trail structures, parking lots, roadways, campsites, staff and visitor facilities, and comfort stations in Pukaskwa National Park. Duties include completing compliance inspections on all building systems, estimating time and materials, and completing works orders. Contacting external contractors and service providers to receive quotes and coordinate dates/times for site visits to the park, as well as assist contractors as required. This position also provides labor support to resource conservation and visitor experience functions as required. This position is also responsible for supervising frontcountry asset staff, assigning their work time and managing their performance and training. Computer access will be required daily and the successful candidate will be required to support staff with their computer access.

- Building, fleet maintenance, and code compliance inspection
- Supervision of staff
- Experience in the use of computers and programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
