Pinder Construction is looking for a Full-Time General Construction Labourer.
Full time, all year-round position.

Schedule: Mon-Fri

Wage: $22.00 an hour

Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

- Previous experience preferred
- MUST have valid \"G\" license and a clean driver's abstract
- Reliable
- Ability to get to Allen's Side Road every morning for start of shift
- May be required to complete a criminal background check

Skills:
- Ability to lift 50lbs consistently and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to drive with a trailer/ reverse with trailer is an asset
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to work well with a team and follow direction from site supervisor
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
