This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity to join an organization with an impeccable safety culture. We are providing a fully funded opportunity for select individuals to upgrade their G license to an AZ or DZ license, enabling them to join our team and support our winter and summer operations.

This training opportunity will help you acquire your DZ or AZ license and will help you develop the skills necessary to become a safe and competent winter plow operator. This opportunity could potentially lead you to full-time or seasonal employment with Ledcor. The minimum qualifications include:
- 18 years or older
- Possess a minimum G License without restrictions
- Able to pass an MTO medical exam (necessary to obtain AZ license)
- Safety-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks

Preference will be given those applicants living in Wawa, White River, Chapleau, Hornepayne, Agawa, Batchawana, Ontario due to the location of this project. If you do not live in the mentioned towns, accommodation options are available.

-Bruce Mines, Hilton Beach

-Thessalon, Iron Bridge & Blind River
-Batchawana & Agawa
