Position: Sales Associate
Full Time including Saturdays
Job Description:
Sales associates provide efficient, friendly service by actively engaging with the customers and determining needs both for the consumer and the store in conjunction with store manager and co-workers.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ask open ended questions to determine customer needs and provide solutions
- Describe features and benefits of products
- Maintain in-stock conditions and ensure retail areas are clean and safe
- Receive stock accurately and order stock as needed
- Organize and stock areas including seasonal turnover
- Lift 50 lbs. throughout the day's activities
