Avanew Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Property Maintenance professional. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and functionality of our properties.
Responsibilities:
-Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks
-Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
-Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
-Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure property standards are met
