In our 105th year of operation, the Sault Ste. Marie Golf Club (Mulligans) is now accepting resumes for the positions noted below. Both positions are full time hours and candidates must be flexible on shifts including evenings and weekends. Located at Sault Golf Club, Mulligans overlooks the St. Mary's River and provides year-round dining in a picturesque setting. Our menu features many items typical of classic pub fare with a Mulligans twist! The restaurant is host to daily lunch and dinner service combined with corporate meetings, private functions, weddings and golf tournaments.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, Mulligans is looking for an experienced Lead Cook to join our team. Responsibilities include; overseeing other kitchen staff, food preparation/ cooking/ plating, cleaning, inventory and more.

Required Skills:
The right person will be passionate about food and service and thoroughly enjoys contributing towards the overall experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant kitchen setting.
