Job Description:
The Town of Blind River has a vacancy for a Casual Crossing Guard.
Duties and responsibilities include the ability to communicate effectively with children, assisting children in safely crossing highways and streets, recording the license plate numbers of vehicles failing to stop in the crossing zone, and having a familiarity with all safety and emergency procedures.
Rate of Pay Casual Crossing Guard: $15.73/hour. On call, as needed.

Required Skills:
- current CPR certificate required, or obtained within a reasonable time frame
- vulnerable sector check is required
- minimum grade 10 education
- previous crossing guard experience is preferred
