Wage: $19.00/hr

Job Description:
Accountability To: The Employer
- Assist the senior woman in her daily activities of living (ADL)
- Perform manual labor tasks that the employer's disability prevents her from completing
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the home
- Handle laundry, including removing and replacing linens and clothing
- Complete basic cleaning tasks with guidance from the employer
- Assist with various indoor and occasional outdoor responsibilities
- Ensure COVID-19 safety protocols are strictly followed in a smoke-free, perfume-free, cat-friendly environment

- Confidentiality, dependability, honesty, reliability, and punctuality are essential
- Willingness to learn and adhere to essential COVID-19 procedures
- Ability to maintain total confidentiality regarding the employer
- Must be punctual and adhere to the set schedule
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters
- Non-smoker and perfume-free
- Ability to learn about the employer's medical disabilities and provide compassionate care
- Good communication and cooperative skills with the employer
- Valid driver's license or knowledge of public transportation for on-time arrival
- Current Police Security Clearance Check - Level 3 - for Vulnerable Persons.
- The employer follows strict safety measures, including the use of PPE, to protect both employees and herself.
- Intermittent Rapid Antigen COVID-19 Nasal Swab Testing is required before hiring, minimally on a weekly basis, and after exposure to other workplaces.
- Employees are expected to maintain high standards of sanitization and hygiene.
