Job Description:
Nibbler's Fish & Chips is seeking a Cook for their fast-paced food truck. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure while keeping cleanliness and customer service a top priority. Shifts are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Greeting customers
Handling cash
Check the freshness of food and ingredients before cooking
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes
Bake, roast, grill, broil, or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods
Garnish, arrange, and serve food
Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
