We are looking for mechanically handy, pleasant, organized, residential apartment Superintendent Couples for two very quiet, secure, apartment buildings with excellent tenants. Our Superintendents live in a great apartment in the building they care for and receive free rent.
We look for mature people who wish to stay active, would feel pride in their surroundings, and would take care of the property as though it's their own.
Our Superintendents take care of indoor maintenance (change a light bulb, repair a broken screen, fix a leaky faucet) and outdoor maintenance (cut grass, shovel snow off walkways), collect rents, and communicate with our tenants and office.
