Outside Sales Specialist - Process Instrumentation & Automation Position Summary:
Chess Controls Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Specialist - Process Instrumentation & Automation to join our team of respected industry experts reporting directly to the GM.
As the Outside Sales Specialist - Process Instrumentation & Automation , you will be responsible for sales/business development of the products and solutions we represent in an established territory calling on existing/potential clients/consultants/integrators in a manner consistent with the companies principles to yield profitable sales and growth.
Outside Sales Specialist - Process Instrumentation & Automation Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and business development through effective networking and research.
- Participate in product - application training ( Instrumentation / Automation ).
- Work as part of a sales team in developing, implementing, executing and monitoring a business plan consistent with the companies principles and trusted suppliers annual goals.
- Present - Market industrial automation and process instrumentation products and solutions to existing and new clients - consultants - integrators in the Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, Wawa and Marathon region of Northern Ontario.
- Joint sales calls with key suppliers and in house technical resources.
- Review industrial automation and process instrumentation applications with clients / consultants / suppliers in order to select - size the best product/solution for the application / budget.
- Work - Participate as part of a team in the management/bid process of products and solutions represented.
- Use - Maintain CRM system to log/manage opportunities and client relationships.
- Maintain communication with all stakeholders through the buying process to ensure a positive client experience.
- Build and maintain networks and presence in the industrial markets with participation in events and associations.
- Travel as necessary throughout Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, Wawa, Marathon region (estimated at 6 to 8 days per month).
Language: English / French (bilingual an asset)
