2 part time (15-20hrs/wk.) positions, weekdays/evenings/weekends
$24.20/hr
JHS has been providing services in the community for 55 years. We are a multi service agency that partners with other agencies to improve our community members' quality of life. The successful candidates will offer supports to clients within the agency and in the community, including intake, case management, group facilitation and referrals. The ICM, under the direction of the Housing Manager, will primarily be responsible to act as an advocate for clients within the community requiring supports in maintaining their housing. This position will collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate client care. This role will also respect and protect the rights of clients.
$24.20/hr

Required Skills:
Qualified applicants must have graduated from an accredited college/university in social sciences with a minimum of one year experience in the social services field; plus have:
- Demonstrated understanding of the needs of disadvantaged youth and adults
- Demonstrated excellent communication/interpersonal/facilitation skills
- Proficiency with the use of computer software
- Valid First Aid/CPR
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bilingualism would be an asset
- Proof of vaccination for COVID-19; minimum 2 doses
- Demonstrated understanding of the needs of disadvantaged youth and adults
- Demonstrated excellent communication/interpersonal/facilitation skills
- Proficiency with the use of computer software

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bilingualism would be an asset
