POSITION TITLE: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

POSITION SUMMARY:
TheOffice Administrator is an integral partof the team, responsiblefor all administrative functions of the office. This role is accountable for maintaining a professional environment while promoting services topotentialclients, employers,andthecommunity ina positive manner.Thisroleis full time Office Administrator.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in anoffice environment.Employee may be subject tosome lifting (for deliveries and shopping). Employee will be required to do daily errands with vehicle and be exposed to climate.Workingscheduleis guaranteedof atleast 28 hoursper week.
Must be available to work after hours during reporting periods.
Salary to be determined.

Required Skills:
- Computer Proficiency in Outlook andFile Management with aNetwork
- Proficient in Word; knowledge in formatting, Excel; knowledge of formulas and PowerPoint
- Excellent typing skills
- Experience with general office equipment including printers, facsimile machines and photocopiers
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
- Professionalism; dealing with difficult situations and privacy ethics
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Able to deal with constantly changing priorities, peak work periods,andvarious program priority demands
- Initiative andsound judgment aswellas the ability t workindependentlywhen executing a variety of responsibilities or dealing with issues in the absence of the ProgramManageror other staff
- Must be able to multi task quickly under pressure and handle tight deadlines
- Ability to display maturity, tact, and discretion
- Bondable
- Must have adriver's license andvehicle
- Experience with iMacs an asset
- Certificate/Diploma in Office Admin or equivalent experience
