Job Description:
Job Title: Telecommunications/Security/CCTV/Audio-Video Installer and Cable Puller
Hours/Duration: 37.5 hrs/week / Full-time / permanent
Wage: $17.00 to $25.50 per hour commensurate with experience
Job Duties:
In this entry level position you will learn to install:
-Security Camera Systems
-Network Cabling
-Wall-mounted TV's
-Ceiling Mounted Projectors
-Speakers (full audio systems)
-Conduit/Cable Raceway
-Perform Cable Pulls/ Fish Cables through walls and ceiling spaces
-Properly splice, terminate, test and label a variety of cable types and more
Hours/Duration: 37.5 hrs/week / Full-time / permanent
Wage: $17.00 to $25.50 per hour commensurate with experience

Required Skills:
- Must be willing to learn and follow directions
- Valid G Class driver's license with a clean driver's abstract and clean criminal record
- The ability to work at heights (Ladders, Scissor Lifts and Scaffolding)
- Comfortable using hand and power tools (cutting, grinding, drilling through concrete/steel etc.)
- Good physical health and able to lift up to 60 lbs (carrying large ladders, boxes of cable, tools etc.)
- Ability to perform a mixture of driving, sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, working overhead etc. throughout the work day.
- Good decision making skills
- Problem solving and research skills
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Follow Health and Safety Requirements
