Job Description:
Position: Course Maintenance Person/ Groundskeeper
Location: Huron Pines Golf and Country Club
Start Date: Approximately April 12
The individual chosen for the position will be responsible for and receive training in the following areas.
-Bunker maintenance.
-Bunker surround maintenance.
-Integrated Pest Management.
-Set up of the golf course for day to day play.
-Turf maintenance practices associated with creating first class playing conditions.
-Golf course traffic control.
-Tournament preparation.
-Maintenance of all course hardware for course clients.
-Cart maintenance.
-Golf construction.
-Successful seeding methods.
-All other maintenance activities as required.
This job will be well suited to an individual who would like to be part of a team that produces what is widely regarded as one of the best courses in the North.
Wage: $15.50 - $20/Hr
