Job Description:
Pine Portage is a Fly-In Lodge located about a half hour flight north of Wawa, ON.
We are in the process of filling the following position of Breakfast/Salad Cook for this up coming summer season in 2024.
This position would require experience in breakfast grill cooking and preparation of a variety of Salads daily for the evening meals. Lunch is prepared by both the Main Cook and Breakfast Cook for the staff and sometimes the guests everyday.
We offer free room and board, use of Laundry Facility, Satellite TV, WiFi. Hours are based on a 7 day work week at 50 hours weekly plus overtime and gratuities.
All staff are required to stay on site and holidays will be scheduled throughout the summer.
Wage will be based upon experience.
We keep two cooks onboard throughout the summer. One is the main cook and the other would be the breakfast cook of which we are wanting to fill the position.

Must have experience in cooking breakfast on a grill and cook-to-order.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment at some points throughout the summer.
Work well with other staff members and take orders as directed by management.
